At Primerose Creations, every item is made by hand with love and care. Because all products are fully customized, each piece is unique and one of a kind.

For this reason, we do not issue refunds. All sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to, prints, transfers, and custom-made items.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your items. While refunds are not available, we will be happy to work with you to find another arrangement or solution.

By checking out online, you fully acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing customs, transfers, and custom-made items that are non-refundable.
