These are Hot Peel DTF Transfers 

TAT 1-3 Business Days Unless on Weekends or Holidays. 

Pressing Instructions: 1. Pre-Press Your Garment for 15 Seconds 2. Make Sure your temperature is 335 Degrees and press for 30 Seconds on Heavy Pressure. 3. Wait until transfer no longer burns you to touch but is still warm/hot and peel. 4. Press again for another 15 seconds.
